How many nights can you book for?
Our accommodations are generally bookable for a minimum of two nights. For single-night bookings, a one-night surcharge applies. Details can be found in the individual accommodation descriptions.

Is there parking available on site?
Yes, all accommodations offer free parking directly at the property. There is also a lockable bicycle parking area with charging facilities for e-bikes.

Is accessible accommodation available?
Yes, our holiday home and one of our holiday apartments on the ground floor are barrier-free and particularly suitable for guests with limited mobility.

How do I check in?
Check-in is possible between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM (holiday apartments) and 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM (holiday homes). Please call 43 660 50 10 261 10 minutes before arrival so we can greet you personally.

What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel later, the full amount will be charged. Payment is due by bank transfer no later than 14 days before arrival.
